Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) IT professionals or Software professionals, males and fe-males. 2) People with lower back pain, as a result of prolonged sitting posture, during working hours, mechanical or non-mechanical including IVDP. 3) People with age group of 20-50 years and willing to give written informed consent. 4) Subjects with chronic lower back pain i.e. for at least 6 months or more. 5) People willing to undergo the Osteopathic intervention for 3 sessions mandatorily. 6) People who are willing to participate in the complete study. 7) Being able to respond to data collection instruments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with no lower back pain. 2) Individuals with major surgery, cancer related issues, infectious diseases, pregnancy, BMI not more than 35. 3) People with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis. 4) People who aren t willing or aren t available for the complete duration of the study.
