Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults diagnosed with metabolic syndrome based on ATP 3 criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Adults with CKD 2.Diagnosed case of hypothyroidism or liver disease 3.Pregnant or lactating women 4.History of Vit B12 or Folic acid supplementation within last 3 months 5.Current use of medications (Methotrexate, anti-epileptics, lipid-lowering drugs) 6.Active smokers or alcoholics
