Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Elderly individuals aged from 60 years to 80 years 2 MoCA score 18-25 3 Able to walk independently 4 Unable to complete stage 3 or 4 of four stage balance test 5 Participants must have completed at least Senior Secondary education

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosis of moderate or severe dementia or psychiatric illness 2 Any severe musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or respiratory condition limiting participation 3 Undergone any recent or complicated surgery 4 Severe hearing or visual impairments that cannot be corrected through corrective devices and hinder task performance 5 History of stroke, traumatic brain injury, or neurodegenerative disease significantly affecting cognition or balance 6 Impaired sensation
