Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7-11 years of both the gender children, who reported with their parents or legal guardian. 2. ASA I - A normal healthy patient with no systemic disease. 3. Children with the primary complaint of malocclusion 4. Children during mixed dentition period. 5. Skeletal and dental class I 6. Single tooth / multiple teeth 7. lack of antibiotic therapy during the 3 months prior 8. A parent (or guardian) signed a written consent for the therapy and the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised and developmentally disabled children 2. Children with a documented history of oral or maxillofacial trauma. 3. children with developmental anomalies or disturbances of face / pathologies in head and neck region / tumour 4. with acute pain or swelling. 5. Patient with high caries risk 6. Patient with Localised Aggressive Periodontitis / Juvenile Periodontitis 7. Patient with history of extraction of permanent teeth due to caries or periodontitis 8. No extensive dental restorations or fixed partial dentures.
