Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient lie between age group from 20 years to 60 years of either sex male and female presenting with the classical sign and symptoms of Vatarakta. The newly diagnosed cases of Vatarakta and patients of Hyperuricemia with gouty arthritis and the chronic case less than 2 years will taken. The patients have no systematic illness like diabetes, hypertension etc. Patients who have suffered from 3 or more acute Gouty Arthritic attacks in previous 12 months will be taken for therapies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients lie below 20year and above 60year of age and long-standing chronic cases of Vatarakta more than 2years and with Upadrava of Vatarakta. The patients associated with metabolic disorder and systemic diseases like kidney disease, diabetes etc. Patients with autoimmune joint disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus or psoriatic arthritis.Similarly individuals with carcinoma, HIV, or other immunocompromised conditions have weakened immune systems. Pregnant and lactating mothers also need cautious medical management to ensure the safety of both mother and child.
