Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person with knee osteoarthritis as per 2016 revised ACR criteria for early diagnosis of osteoarthritis Age group 40-70 years Duration of symptoms more than e months Knee OA graded 2 to 3 according to KL grading Willingness to participate in the study and comply with treatment and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bleeding disorder Local or systemic infections Trauma Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension/ systemic disease Recent myocardial infarction or stroke Intra-articular steroid injection during 3 months Ongoing pregnancy
