Intervention1: Spinal Douche: Spinal Douche will be applied to the whole spine from nape of the neck to the tail bone. Water will be used at a temperature between 92-to-95-degree Fahrenheit and spraye

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Likert type scale score ranging from 8 to 21 on Insomnia Severity Index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with metabolic disorders, respiratory disorders, cardio-vascular disorders, open wounds/burns at back of the body, patients with habits of smoking/alcoholism, patients with history of disc prolapse/fracture/recent spinal surgery, female patients during menstruation/pregnancy and lactating mothers.
