Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between 18 to 50 years. 2. Patients diagnosed with essential (primary) hypertension as per JNC 8 or WHO guidelines. 3. Patients who are willing to participate and give informed consent form. 4.Gender : both male and female. 5.Grade 1 Hypertension (SBP 140-159 mm of Hg and DBP 90-99 mm Hg .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension. 2. Patients with severe hypertension (JNC 8-stage 2) who require immediate allopathic intervention. 3. Patients currently on antihypertensive allopathic medications or any other mode of treatment. 4. Pregnant and lactating woman. 5. Patients with major complications.
