Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women diagnosed with PCOS (ROTTERDAM CRITERIA)(10) PCOS is diagnosed when any two of the following three are present: Oligo- or anovulation irregular or absent menstrual cycles. Hyperandrogenism excess male hormone features (clinical or biochemical). Polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM) multiple small follicles or increased ovarian volume on ultrasound. Individuals willing to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on any medication known to affect endocrine profile . Patients with a history of thyroid disease.
