Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adults of either gender 2. age more than 18 years 3. paramedical and medical staff 4. clinically diagnosed with diabetes for atleast 6 months duration who are adhering to lifestyle modification 5. on pharmacological treatment with oral anti-diabetic agents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children, pregnant women 2. serious and acutely ill 3. participants having insufficient data records
