Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 60 years with a confirmed diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus attending the tertiary care center. Participants willing to provide written informed consent and participate in the study. Participants able to understand and communicate in Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus currently enrolled in another interventional or observational study. Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus currently hospitalized for severe psychiatric instability. Patients unwilling or unable to provide informed consent.
