Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willing participants who voluntarily consent to participate in the sensory evaluation. Normal sensory perception - individuals with no known taste or smell disorders. Good general health - participants who are not suffering from any acute or chronic illnesses. No known food allergies, particularly to any of the ingredients used in the product. Ability to understand and follow instructions related to the sensory evaluation procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergies to Triphala, madhu, sarpi or any ingredients used in the products. Diagnosed medical conditions like diabetes, IBS, or any disorder requiring dietary restrictions. Pregnant or lactating women, due to dietary and hormonal factors affecting taste perception. Impairment in taste or smell, such as anosmia or dysgeusia. Recent illness (such as cold, flu, fever, or COVID-19) within the past 14 days. Age below 18 or above 60, to avoid variability in sensory perception unless they are the target population.
