Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age criteria more than 18 years 2. Body mass index more than 25 kg/m 3.Type II diabetic patients with or without Comorbidities. 4.Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Severe chronic comorbidities or patients on steroid therapy 4. Current participation in other interventional studies Patients on alternative medication
