Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male participants aged 21 to 50 years, Individuals diagnosed with Premature Ejaculation (Shukragata Vata) based on clinical examination and diagnostic criteria (as per attached questionnaire based on ISSM criteria) [Attachment: - ISSM Criteria] [Attachment: - Questionnaire for Diagnose and Assessment of Premature Ejaculation] Participants those who are willing to give Informed consent to participate in the study and adherence to the intervention protocol will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with history of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, or hormonal imbalances that may affect sexual health, Participants with no significant comorbidities such as cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, or psychiatric conditions, Participants who have undergone surgeries in the pelvic region or reproductive organs, Individuals currently on medications that affect sexual function, Individuals with a history of substance abuse or addiction, Participants unwilling to provide informed consent or comply with the study protocol will be excluded.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in signs and symptoms of Shukragatha Vata (PE) will be measured based on the questionnaire based scoring system mentioned in previous study.Timepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in semen quality will be measured using semen analysis based on the WHO guidelines.Timepoint: 30 days
