Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients attending the Psychiatry OPD or admitted to the IPD of the selected hospital in Ahmadabad. 2. Patients who score within the mild to moderate range of anxiety on the Beck Anxiety Inventory (baseline assessment). 3. Patients who are not receiving any structured psychotherapy at the time of enrollment. 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the study, available for the entire 8-week MBSR program, and able to attend all follow-up assessments. 5. Patients who voluntarily provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with Serious physical illness. 2. Patient with chronic pain. 3. Patient with active psychosis and suicidal tendency
