Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: physically active individuals between ages 18 35 years with at least one year of resistance training experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be screened for any medical conditions that could affect lactate metabolism.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Participants will perform three resistance training protocols at different intensities: Low-intensity (50% 1RM, high repetitions) Moderate-intensity (70% 1RM, moderate repetitions) High-intensity (90% 1RM, low repetitions)Timepoint: Baseline and post resistance training.
