Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Currently enrolled in middle and higher school. - Owns a mobile phone and use it regularly. - Able to understand and communicate in the language used for the psycho-education program. - Consent and adolescent assent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Presence of any medical and psychological condition assed or informed by teachers. - Prior participation in similar psycho-education programs within the last year. - Does not own or have regular access to a mobile phone. - Student has irregular attendance as evidence by school attendance register.
