Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients within 18-60 years irrespective of gender treated with Low anal fistula treated with Ksharasutra 2. Post-operative period should be less than 24hrs. 3. Patients presenting with post-operative consequences viz: - pain, tenderness, itching, discharge 4. Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactating mothers 2. Uncontrolled Diabetes 3. Patients diagnosed with of other systemic disorders 4.Patients with Patients with parameters belonging to milder category
