Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 or more than 18 years Admitted with suspected or confirmed bacterial infection Received at least one antibiotic prescription and AST testing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Viral or fungal infections without bacterial co-infection Antibiotic prescribed as prophylactic Discharged against medical advice Outpatients, patients with incomplete medical records
