Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children with seizures who are admitted in Department of Paediatrics Kasturba hospital, Manipal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) significant behavioral difficulty in children as screened by SDQ at baseline. 2) Seizures due to metabolic derangement 3)acute medical conditions like altered GCS due to head injury or stroke or acute vascular injury or infections (meningitis or encephalitis) 4)simple febrile seizures 5)clinically diagnosed disorder of intellectual development (DID), developmental delay. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD as per ICD-11 6)Chronic medical condition other epilepsy
