Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients greater than or equal to 18 years of age. Patients diagnosed with cancer and referred for palliative care services Literate participants or Caregivers capable of reading and writing in their native or Consented language (Telugu or Odia).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having any cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders will be excluded from the study.
