Intervention1: Three irrigating solutions 5.25% NaOCl, EDTA, CHX : Three irrigating solutions (5.25% NaOCl, EDTA, CHX) used during chemomechanical preparation of mandibular molars with symptomatic api

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mandibular molar with symptomatic apical periodontitis, having moderate to severe pain Pt older than 18 years, free of any systemic disease Had not taken any antibiotic or analgesic within 10 days prior to treatment Teeth that gave prolonged response / no response to thermal stimuli / electric pulp test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pt with gingivitis who have gingival bleeding Pt with gingival recession exceeding 3mm. Diffuse periodontitis with deep pocket and tooth mobility
