Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual aged between 65-80 years. SPPB scores 4-6(Moderate physical disability). Individuals with 3-5 scores on the Mini Cog test. Community dwelling elderly population. Individuals who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with 0-2 scores on the Mini Cog test. Those with recent upper limb, lower limb or spinal fracture. Those who undergone recent surgeries. Those who are not willing to participate.
