Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients between 5-10 years of age 2 Either sex (male/female) 3 Patient undergoing elective orthopedic surgery 4 ASA physical status classification I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusal of parents to participate in study. 2 Patient with severe systemic diseases. 3 Gastro oesophageal reflux disorder, dysphagia. 4 Patients with seizure disorder.

To study the analgesic requirement using Visual Analogue score during 24 hours in postoperative period.Timepoint: 0 hours 3 hours 6 hours 12 hours 18 hours 24 hours
