Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare workers (Nurses and nursing orderly) who are willing to participate. Who can understand and read Hindi or English fluently. Have a smart phone to review animated virtual training video for the experimental group -I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthcare workers (Nurses and nursing orderly) are newly recruited within last 3 months. Participants who underwent fire safety training within last 3 months.
