Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 60 years with previously diagnosed hypertension & on routine treatment 2. Who are able to perform physical activities 3. Patients who have blood pressure above 140/90mmHg will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who are physically handicapped 2. Who are mentally challenged 3. Who is critically ill and not able to perform physical activities 4. Patients with blood pressure above 200/100mmHg will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
1. Change in physiological parameters (systolic BP, diastolic BP, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation) from pre-test to post-test between experimental and control groups. 2. Change in Quality of Life scores using the WHOQOL-BREF scale from pre-test to post-test between experimental and control groups.Timepoint: First assessment(pre test) on first day before intervention and again second assessment(post test) on fifteenth day after intervention.
