Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who voluntarily express their willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent will be included Age 18 to 60 years History of Rhinitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers aged below 18 years and above 60 years Pregnant and lactating women Individuals with chronic respiratory diseases like Asthma COPD Individuals with nasal deformities or recent nasal surgeries Participants with any severe systemic illness (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension)
