Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with complain of Duf al bah and istirkha al qadib Male patients aged between 40 to 60 years willingness to sign the written informed consentform and follow the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe chronic illness eg hypogonadism,hiv tuberculosis chronic kidney disease liver cirrhosis liver failure.diabetes mellitus patient with history of genital OR urological surgury
