Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between 8 and 13 years of age. 2. Children with special care health care needs Diagnosed with physical, developmental and behavioral disorder. 3. ASA class I & ASA class II 4. Children requiring dental treatments such as restorations and preventive procedures like fluoride and sealant applications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants whose parents or guardians do not provide written informed consent. 2. Children requiring immediate emergency dental care or with acute dental infections. 3. Children with severe systemic illnesses or conditions that may interfere with the study procedures or compromise their safety during dental treatment.

MeasureTime frame
The Effectiveness of dental treatments assessed through behavior analysisTimepoint: Behaviour during dental treatment sessions will be recorded using video cameras. Assessment to be done using Video Analysis Scale. Assessment will be done at baseline and after one hour

MeasureTime frame
Assessing the anxiety levels between groupsTimepoint: Anxiety levels asessed using Venham Anxiety Scale. Assessment will be done at baseline & immediately after the procedure.;Assessing the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation between groupsTimepoint: Pulse Oximeter used for assessing heart rate, bloop pressure, oxygen saturation between groups. Assessment will be done at baseline & immediately after the procedure.
