Intervention1: silicea 6x: Silicea 6x, 2 tablets twice a day in biochemic form for 6 months. Control Intervention1: placebo: Placebo 2 tablets twice a day in white PT for 6 months.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children aged 5 to 10 years classified as mild to moderate underweight parents/guardians provide informed consent child assent to participants aged above 7 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: grade3 severely undre weight children who having anorexia children who are not been de wormed since past 6 months children receiving other nutritional supplements or homoeopathic treatment anemia requiring medical intervention Hb greater than 7 g/dl
