Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals aged 25 to 34 years, of both genders. Geographical Criteria- Residents of Goa for at least three generations. Ethnicity-Self-identified Goan ancestry (self-reported residence of three generations).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with congenital deformities or structural abnormalities of any limb. 2.Pregnant women. 3.History of trauma, surgery, fractures, or pathological conditions affecting any limb or fingers that may alter natural body proportions. 4.Presence of musculoskeletal disorders impacting limb growth or function. 5.Known history of communicable or non-communicable diseases. 6.Individuals with a history of regular gym attendance for more than one month will be excluded. 7.To control dietary confounding, regular protein supplement consumers will be excluded. 8.Unwillingness or inability to cooperate with the measurement procedures. 9.Individuals who are not permanent residents of the Goa State.
