Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged between 20 to 45 years 2.Diagnosed with horizontally impacted mandibular third molar class II position B 3.Willing to provide informed consent 4.Moderately difficult cases according to the difficulty index for the removal of impacted mandibular 3rd molars as described by Pederson
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic conditions 2.Pregnant or lactating mothers 3.Patients with severe infection or pathology requiring more extensive surgery 4.Diagnosed with horizontally impacted mandibular third molar other than class II position B 5.Patients with incomplete root formation of horizontally impacted mandibular third molar class II position B 6.The patients having syncope during procedure will be eliminated 7.The patients who are missing the follow up will be excluded from the study
