Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: general indian population chief complains of anterior knee pain pain during squatting ascending and descending stairs pain post long sitting long standing patient user friendly to internet and telecomm services patient experiencing pain for more than one month and less than six months sit to stand activities patient should be tele com and internet user friendly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient undergone any recent knee surgery patient under steroidal or pain medication patient less that the age of 18 years patient more than age of 45 years patient experienceing pain since last 1 year patient who is non user friendly to tele com or internet services
