Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients above 18 years of age 2.Patients admitted for presence of palliative symptoms requiring occupational therapy needs at TMH Mumbai 3.Patients medically stable to participate in purposeful activities 4.Patients able to comprehend and understand Hindi and English languages

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cognitive impairment
