Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Upper respiratory tract infection based on Ayurvedic Lakshanas (Nasa Srava, Nasa Avarodha, Kshavathu, Shirah Shoola,etc.) Modern criteria (nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, sneezing, headache). Age Group: 18 60 years. Both males and females willing to participate. No history of severe hypersensitivity reactions to herbal smoke Exclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe or Complicated Respiratory Disorders like bronchial asthma, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), or other chronic respiratory conditions that may worsen with smoke inhalation and patient with cardiac pathology. Active tuberculosis or history of pulmonary infections.
