Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed clinically and USG with Poly cystic ovaries Young participants with Irregular menstruation. Young participants aged 18 -35 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they present with menstrual irregularities due to causes other than PCOD. endocrine disorders such as thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, diabetes mellitus, and Cushing s syndrome. Present who are on Hormonal medications. Ovarian causes like premature ovarian failure. Adrenal-related condition. Structural abnormalities like fibroids, polyps, and congenital malformations. Chronic inflammatory disorders such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, cancers. Physiological states like pregnancy and lactation.
