Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Acute tonsillitis with symptoms having sore throat pain on swallowing fever and chills Malaise fatigue and signs include tonsils are enlarged and congested and hyperemia of pillars soft palate and uvula aged 8 to 25 years Both Male and female are included The tonsil size grade 2 and 3 according to brodsky scale are included Case of recurrent acute tonsillitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic tonsillitis Quinsy tonsillar exudates Pregnant and lactating women Presence of red or white patch ulceration swelling of oral and pharyngeal mucus for More than 3 weeks Pain on swallowing or dysphagia more than 3 weeks Cases which are complicated with sleep apnea air way obstruction etc Patients with suppurative complication like peritonsillar or parapharyngeal abscess and risk of air way compromise
