Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with hypertension according to standard clinical guideline of European society of hypertension. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with hypertension induced by liver ,kidney disease and with mental illness. women in pregnancy and lactation . Participants who are allergic to aroma oil and with blood pressure more than 180/110 mm Hg. Participants in any other clinical trail during the course of intervention.

Heart rate variabilityTimepoint: Heart rate variability at baseline, 5th day and after intervention

systolic blood pressure & diastolic blood pressureTimepoint: systolic & diastolic blood pressure will be assessed at Baseline (Day 0 before first aroma oil inhalation) 10 minutes after each intervention session during a 2week period (5 sessions per week) total 10 sessions
