Intervention1: Indivualised Homoeopathic Medicines: Indivualised Homoeopathic Medicines after repertorization by Synthesis repertory , dose as per requirement of patient with repetition every 15 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Prediagnosed hypothyroid patients 2.Clinical hypothyroid symptoms 3.Age group: 18-60 yr 4.Patients willing to follow up regularly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with secondary & tertiary hypothyroidism. 2.Pregnant woman and Lactating women.
