Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residing in Delhi or NCR for greater than 1 year with DFI greater than 15 percent. 2. Willing to provide semen samples before and after intervention. 3. Not on any fertility enhancing therapy or antioxidant supplements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of infertility, varicocele, urogenital disease. 2. Alcoholism, smoking or drug addiction 3. Sufffering with any chronic illness (CKD, HIV, CLD etc) 4. Allergic to ghee or phala ghrita contents.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Significantly reduce sperm DNA fragmentation index (SDFI) in men living in polluted environmentsTimepoint: Outcomes will be assessed at baseline and after 90 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Improve semen parameters such as count, motility, & morphology. 2.Show good tolerability & no adverse effects, supporting its safety profile. 3. Provide preliminary clinical evidence for Phala Ghrita as a potential adjunct for managing pollution-induced infertility Timepoint: Outcomes will be assessed at baseline & after 90 days
