Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with Lumbar spondylosis among age group 45-65 years satisfying diagnostic criteria 2. Participants having pain more than 3 months 3. Participants fit for Anuvasana vasti 4. Participants who are willing to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with fracture or dislocation of vertebrae and ankylosing spondylitis 2.Participants with saddle anaesthesia and bladder or bowel dysfunction 3.Pregnant and lactating women
