Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (18 years of age and above) who underwent curative-intent hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma with complete clinical and surgical data, along with preoperative liver function parameters including serum albumin and bilirubin measured within one week prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with prior liver transplantation, palliative resections, or incomplete records
