Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers visiting the immunization centre at a Tertiary hospital and a Community Health Centre. Mothers willing to give voluntary informed consent. For Quantitative assessment at baseline, those mothers who are visiting the immunization centres first time at 10 weeks of child birth will be enrolled. Mothers with healthy child. For Qualitative assessment at baseline, those mothers who are visiting the immunization centre at 16-24 months will be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with child having any congenital disease. Mothers who do not have a phone.
