Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with PCOS according to Rotterdam Criteria 2003 Patients must meet the inclusion criteria which include females of age group 18 to 30 years Pre-diagnosed and newly diagnosed cases of PCOS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating women Patients with other systemic illnesses and Known systemic endocrine disorders like Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism Patients with Congenital abnormalities and specific uterine disorders like fibroid uterus Current use of hormonal or insulin-sensitizing therapy Any psychiatric illness

Primary outcome-To assess the changes in Ultrasound findings in the 1st 3rd and 6th months during the luteal phase Monitored Menstrual cycle regularity (cycle length bleeding days clots)Timepoint: Baseline and for every follow up for every 1month (for 6 months)
