Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy 2. Patients aged 18-85 3. ASA physical status I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy 2. patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive lung disease 3. patients with arrhythmia 4. patients with ongoing infection 5. patients with chronic opioid use or substance abuse history patients with coagulopathy

MeasureTime frame
To compare the postoperative pain scores at various intervals between superior trunk block and upper thoracic erector spinae plane block.Timepoint: 15min, 30min, 45min, 60min, 2hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 12hours, 24hours and 48 hours post-surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare intraoperative hemodynamic changes, total postoperative analgesic consumption and time to first analgesic request.Timepoint: Every 15 minutes during the surgery
