Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mobile phones swabs of doctors, nurses and OT technicians working in operation theatre will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Health care workers those who refuse to participate in study will be excluded from the study.

To identify and quantify the bacterial flora present on the mobile phones of healthcare workers (HCWs) working in the OT.Timepoint: Sample will be taken once

MeasureTime frame
1. To determine the antibiotic resistance patterns of the isolated bacteria. 2. To assess HCWs awareness and practices regarding mobile phone hygiene. 3. To propose strategies for minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.Timepoint: Collected sample once will be sent for cultre and culture will be done once only
