Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis over 40 years of age, with radiographic evidence of Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or 3 osteoarthritis with no response to 3 months of conservative therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Radiographic evidence of Kellgren-Lawrence grade IV osteoarthritis, History of recent knee surgery or arthroscopy within the last 6 months, Coagulopathy, History of any intraarticular injection over past 3 month, History of rheumatological disorder, Known allergy or hypersensitivity to dextrose, lidocaine, or corticosteroids, Diabetes mellitus
