Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individuals more than 18 years 2.Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment and requiring minimum 2-3 mm bite rise on maxillary first molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Periodontally compromised patients or having any restorations on maxillary first molar 2.Patients with habits such as smoking and tobacco chewing and para functional habits like bruxism
