Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 70 years, diagnosed with Psoriasis Observe Parameters Studied:The study focuses specifically on serum levels of- Thyroid hormones (T3, T4, TSH), Inflammatory markers (IL-17 and CRP), and Lipid profile (TC, HDL, LDL, TG) Psoriasis Area and Severity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on Thyroid medication, Lipid-lowering agents, or immunosuppressants (unless part of standard psoriasis therapy), known cases of autoimmune thyroid disorders, cardiovascular diseases, pregnant or lactating women.
