Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with direct or indirect inguinal hernia. Unilateral or bilateral hernia cases Complete and incomplete hernia Scrotal hernia Controlled hypertension and diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital, obstructed or strangulated hernias. If fingers can get above the swelling- Scrotal swelling HIV, HBsAg positive,Tb gold. Chronic cough, connective tissue disorders, or malignancies. Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus
